Ceramic Sheets Overview

Ceramic sheets, substrates, plates, blocks, and discs are mainly manufactured of zirconia ceramic, alumina ceramic, SiC, Si3N4.

These materials have ultra-high hardness and stiffness, excellent corrosion resistance to chemicals at high temperatures, pretty thermal stability. They are widely used in a variety of industries like electrical, mechanical, and thermal applications.

The ceramic sheets, ceramic substrates, and ceramic plates offered by us are machined by dry pressing and isostatic pressing; standard thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 2.0 mm; however, customized thicknesses are available. We are also able to do surface grinding / polishing, laser scribing, and other machining processes. For ZrO2 ceramic sheets, the surface roughness can reach up to 0.01μ.
